Recovery Coaching
At Support in Motion, our NDIS Recovery Coaches are here to walk beside you on your mental health journey. Combining lived experience with professional knowledge, our coaches provide practical support, guidance, and motivation to help you regain control and build the life you want.
We work collaboratively with participants, families, and clinical teams to create tailored recovery plans, support daily decision-making, and build resilience. Whether you're navigating challenges or setting new goals, our Recovery Coaches offer consistent, compassionate support every step of the way.

Counselling
Compassionate Support for Mental Health and Wellbeing
At Support in Motion, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. That’s why we offer counselling services as part of our NDIS supports — helping participants build resilience, manage life’s challenges, and improve emotional wellbeing.
